So far the highest potential reward we've seen has been $2,350,000 to steal artwork, two hundred thousand more than the cash heist. Things also change after the first heist, as the contents of the vault and what you're stealing change each time, as well as the value. The first time you do crack the Vault as part of the game's story, there's cash in there amounting to $2,115,000, but that doesn't mean you're getting away with all of it, nor does it mean you get to keep it all if you do.
